How to Purchase from Sprite Parts

How do I make sure that you are happy with your purchase?  By not having buttons that say "Buy Now", but by offering personal service that makes sure you are buying the right item  Therefore, the only way of purchasing anything on offer here is to contact me personally.  You can do this in many ways, and yes - I reply to emails within the same hour often, and will ring you back as soon as I get your message.

Shipping Costs

Within Australia
I prefer to use Insured Australia Post COD. That way you can pay for and collect the goods at your local Post Office. If (when?) OzPost lose the parcel, neither you nor I are out of pocket.

COD Courier is also fine for deliveries to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong or Canberra.

If you prefer, you can pay in advance by Bank Transfer (EFT), or send cheque or Money Order.  I will then post off the goods, but I cannot be responsible if they fail to arrive!

For regular customers (and you know who you are) I can trust you, right? I'll simply post the stuff and you can send me your cheque or credit my bank account.

No, I don't take credit cards.  They increase my overheads and so increase your purchase price.

Outside Australia

As long as the parcel is under 3 feet in length and under 20 kg (44 lbs), I can usually send by Australia Post. I will quote you prices for Air Mail, Economy Air Mail and Surface Mail. Inexpensive insurance is available if you want it, and I will quote you on that also.

For payment, I prefer PayPal. It's quick and its fast, but you need to add 3% to the price to cover PayPal fees.  My account is "colin@spriteparts.com.au"

If you prefer, you can send me an International Money Order in advance.

Sorry, no personal or company checks. They can take up to 6 weeks to clear, and can be dishonoured even 12 months later!

This currency converter has been supplied by Textor and is updated daily.  You should however only used it as a guide to the conversion rates.  The final cost in your home currency  will depend on what rate your bank charges you on the day you conduct the transaction.
